Machine Learning in HCC

Liver cancer is the 6th most common cancer in the world, and the 3rd most common cause of death from cancer.  Her work uses artificial intelligence to fight liver cancer by training computers to recognize it using images from patients with or without liver cancer.

Dr. Cheung is a Clinical Hepatologist at The Ottawa Hospital and an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Medicine.
