The 95th Annual Banting Research Foundation Discovery Awards honour seven investigators for new projects in innovative health and biomedical research. Each award is valued up to $25,000.
- The Foundation is pleased to note the 62 applications received were divided equally between male and female-identified researchers
- As well, a total of 14 applications were ranked either excellent or outstanding by our grant review panel
This year, we partnered with the Jarislowsky Foundation and CANSSI Ontario, the Regional Centre of the Canadian Statistical Sciences Institute (CANSSI) to present joint awards to outstanding young researchers.
